Order
Information:
To order paintings online is easy:
-
From a category's painting gallery page click on an image.
You are then taken to the order page to view a larger picture of the painting
and its details.

From the order page check the details and click the Add to Basket button.
You are then taken to the PayPal shopping basket to view your order.

From the PayPal shopping basket
page click on the Continue Shopping button to order more items, or click on the Secure
Checkout button to make your payment.

Please note that all paintings will be delivered mounted
without frame. You are therefore advised to take care of the framing yourself. When
choosing a picture frame for a painting from your supplier, then please note,
that the above mount size is the relevant dimension for frames.

you have not already registered an account with PayPal, it is recommended that
you sign-up, but it is not required.

The costs for
postage & packing are calculated per order for deliveries by Royal Mail
recorded mail within the United Kingdom and will be added to the sub-total
of the PayPal shopping basket at checkout.
Shipping (worldwide):
If you are in another country
than the United Kingdom, then please add a flat rate, as shown below to the
insurance field of the PayPal shopping basket at checkout, to cover extra
postage cost for Royal Mail International Airmail.

£1.00 for deliveries to European Union countries, or

£2.00 for deliveries to all other countries.
Delivery
Information:
As soon as I receive your order
and payment, an email will be send to let you know the
despatch date. Items in stock will be despatched the next working day and normally
take 1-3 working days for delivery. If you have not received your items by 5 days from
despatch, then please email
info@hazelk.co.uk
and I will investigate the matter.
Return & Refund
Policy:
I want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from me. So if, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your
purchase, simply return it within 14 days of receipt, unused and in its
original packaging and I will exchange it, or offer you a refund (postage
and packing costs are not refundable). Please
send returns by Recorded Mail and obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate.
Privacy Policy:
I will only capture details
from you to assist with the purchase through our system and will not use any of
your personal data without your express permission.
I reserve the right to make changes to my product
range, designs and prices if and when required without notification.
